GROUP
WORKSHOPS – THURSDAY, MARCH 30 AND FRIDAY, MARCH 31
This week we
will spend drafting, responding to others’ drafts, and then meeting
together in small groups to workshop one another’s drafts. Your
assignments are:
-
Email a full
copy of your draft and a list of at least 3 things you’d like us to read
for to the members of your group and to me no later than 10:30 Tuesday
morning. It should be getting close to the required length, but keep in
mind: the more substantial a draft you have, the more substantial
feedback you get.

Before your
conference on Thursday or Friday, read and respond to each of your group
members’ drafts using the response guide that will be posted on the
course schedule website (it will be posted at least by Tuesday).

Come to your
conference with hard copies of each person’s draft, your comments, and a
copy of your draft for us to work through.

We will not
meet as a large group together either on Tuesday or on Thursday.

We will meet
in small groups at the following times at HIGHLAND COFFEES. It is
your responsibility to get the email addresses of your group members and
to be at the right place and the right time. This meeting will count as
TWO absences if you miss it.
